Every public Star and Constellation on the shelf shows a price pill — today that pill reads Free for all registered public capabilities. That label reflects the current catalog, not a promise that every skill stays free forever or that future commercial terms are fixed today.

What you see now Gaze, Resolve, and the Star catalog surface price_per_call as a toll label — zero today, shown as Free.
What it is not A perpetual gratis license, a seat checkout, or a card charge on every tool call.
What may change Paid Stars, prepaid wallet balance, and publisher-specific terms arrive in later waves — always resolve the record before you call.

Commerce direction (Wave 2)

When paid use lands, Orrery follows prepaid-wallet design: top up balance ahead of calls — not Stripe authorization on every MCP invocation. The hot path (gaze, resolve, hold, verify) stays off Stripe.
