The loop

Gaze Bounded shortlist — names, facets, prices. No tool payloads on the shelf.
Resolve Name → MCP URL, content digest, public key. Skill DNS, not a repo checkout.
Call Same contract from Cursor, Claude Code, CI, or a phone session.
Seal Signed Envelope — verify or don't treat it as done.

Point — don't clone. Offline copies cannot mint fresh UTC or re-observe upstream. Compose them as orrery/stale-proof.
